The reserve account will be funded by you before you go live. This happens after a few things take place:
1. Your initial application to Hydrogen is accepted by our compliance team and you are granted portal access;
2. You complete the bank/network application and are successfully approved (usually within 3-weeks);
3. You submit any marketing materials for compliance review before going live, and the marketing materials are approved by our compliance team and the bank sponsor;
Once all three of the above are completed, you will be prompted to submit the $1,000 ACH into your reserve account. If you cannot do this, your access to the Hydrogen portal will be revoked.
