Please note, although there is no fee from Hydrogen to create the physical debit card the first time, there is a fee charged by our financial partners to re-print and ship a lost or stolen card. Our customers are not responsible for sending out replacement cards to end cardholders. This service is performed by Hydrogen.
Please see your Cardholder Agreement (CHA) for the most up to date pricing information. You are welcome to rebate your customers for this fee, but we cannot remove the fee from the CHA.
