The Hydrogen admin portal (app.hydrogenplatform.com) is only available to clients of Hydrogen that sign up on the Hydrogen site and click off all of the appropriate agreements to become a Hydrogen client.
If you are creating a user in our API POST /admin/v1/client), or a user signs up on a Hydrogen white label no-code component or through SSO with a component you embed inside of your site, that user will not have access to the admin portal. Each user of the admin portal must sign up, or be granted access securely through our "Manage Organization" dropdown on the portal.
