You must pass Hydrogen's risk and compliance review to offer this. By default, users will need to wait for an ACH to clear (to account for their bank potentially rejecting the ACH due to lack of funds, fraud, or user error). We will look at the following items during our assessment:
- Your historical financial statements and projections
- Your cash balance and funding history
- Your ability to fund and replenish the reserve account
- Your AML policies
