Yes.
There are three ways to do this:
1. Direct Deposit: the card accounts have a routing and accounting number. This means your clients can push money into the account without needing a bank account. For example, they can setup their paycheck at their employer to be deposited into their debit card account.
2. Cash Top Up: this can be done at the cash register at major retailers, such as: 7-Eleven, AAFES, Albertsons, Circle K, CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Hucks, Jacksons Food Stores, Kinney Drugs, Kum and Go, Kwik Trip, Pilot, Rite Aid, Royal Farms, Sheetz, Speedway, Stripes, Travel Centers of America, Thorntons, and Walgreens. There is a $3.95 fee charged by the network for a cash top up.
3. Paypal or Venmo: please see our guide on how to push money from a Paypal wallet, debit card, or credit card, directly onto the card here. The only thing the user needs is the card number to initiate this transfer! Please note, these services will charge a 1.5% fee.
