The great thing about Hydrogen is we have fully streamlined the card fulfillment process. You can edit your card design on our interactive editor, and then we take care of the rest!
The cardholders will receive a white security envelope in the mail within 5-10 business days of the card order. Note, this envelope will purposefully not have any markings on it that may tell the user something of value is inside. This is meant to discourage theft. If you have ever received a debit card or credit card in the mail, you will be familiar with what this security envelope looks like.
Once the cardholder opens the envelope, they will find two materials:
1. One-page card insert with the physical card pasted to it
2. Cardholder Agreement printout
The one-page card insert shown below will be exactly how your cardholder receives it in the envelope. You cannot edit the content of this insert, because it has been pre-approved by the bank and network.
White Labeled Cards
In our Debit Lite and Custom Debit plans, the Cardholder Agreement will be white labeled with your company's name, website, and support information. The one-page card insert will also be white labeled. You will notice below this is fully white labeled with the same logo you provided to us with the card design (white logos will be printed on a blag background), other than legal language from the bank and network. In these plans, you can pick 10 different colors. Below, we show what the orange-red gradient card would look like:
